As part of the sales team and reporting to the General Manager, the Account Manager is a post-sales role that maintains relationships with customers. The Account Manager has three main objectives: to maintain customer business, develop opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Account Manager’s understanding of customer needs allows them to answer questions, solve problems (ideally with custom solutions) and develop a long-term strategic partnership with their clients that goes beyond the initial sale.
